You know what the STAR student is at high school right? Did you know Technical College has a similiar award? It is called the GOAL award. Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership. I was nominated for the GOAL award at school. Out of 4000 students currently attending this school 45 were nominated. We had an orientation luncheon on Monday. I am to work on knowing important facts about the school and a 3 minute speech about myself and why I chose Technical college. Not a big deal right? Well here it is Thursdsay and I have not even started the speech. What do I say? How far back do I go? I want to be a finalist. I am behind in my Pyschology course. I can catch up I'm not to far behind. But I work all weekend 9-7 today 9-1 tomorrow 10-5 Saturday 12-5 Sunday. 2 test are due Sunday. I will get them done. And I will get my speech done. I just need to get started.

I am honored to be nominated and If I give 100% and still am not a finalist I will be fine with that. BUT only if I do give 100%.

Off to work on it for a few minutes.

Katie is in driving school.
Corey seems to be doing good in school right now. We started a checklist at home to reinforce following school rules. We have a treasure box and if he follows all the school rules and does some other stuff every day he gets an item from the box. It's helping.
Kyle is doing good.
Brian is tired.
I am doing good at school. I love spending the time ON me. My grades are good and My instructor has nominated me for an award. :)
